We are looking for an experienced
and qualified CNC router
(m/f/d) in full-time.

In this position, you will be responsible for the precise machining of workpieces and components using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines. Your tasks will include setting up, programming and monitoring the machines to ensure that the required specifications and quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for the regular maintenance and servicing of the machines to ensure a smooth production process. You will work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that production targets are met. Checking and quality assurance of the manufactured parts is also one of your tasks. You are the contact person for technical questions and problem solutions in connection with CNC milling. Your contribution is crucial to the manufacture of high-quality products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Machine operation: operating, setting up and controlling CNC machines
Precision work: Carry out precise milling work on workpieces
Teamwork: Working closely with others in a team
Maintenance and servicing: Regular maintenance and servicing of the machines.
Customer communication: Occasional contact with customers to clarify requirements
Programming: Creating and adapting CNC programmes
Quality assurance: Ensuring the quality of the manufactured parts
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical problems
Documentation: Keep records of processing and maintenance
Safety: Compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Completed training in the metal sector
Experience in CNC milling required
Understanding of technical drawings
Precise workpiece machining and quality control

Experienced CNC miller with training as a cutting machine operator
Extensive CNC expertise in operation, programming and maintenance
Precise quality control and compliance with safety standards
Team-orientated, committed teamwork in a manufacturing environment
Problem solving and technical support skills
Careful documentation and logging of work processes
Good communication skills for customer interaction
Ongoing training in CNC technologies and processes
